Internet Connection Issues - During the account creation process, a lot of cryptographic work is performed, which requires a stable Internet connection. If your connection is unstable, some operations may not complete properly due to interruptions. Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection before trying again.

Use a VPN - Some local Internet providers may block access to the wallet, or our infrastructure providers might restrict certain regions or IPs. Using a VPN can help bypass these restrictions and restore connectivity.
- Turn off your VPN – some VPN providers (especially cheap or free ones) change IP addresses too often, preventing the app from connecting to the blockchain and creating a wallet. A stable internet connection with a consistent IP address is required.
