Here is the list of answers to the most popular questions related to the Galxe Early Adopter NFT event.

  1. I have done all the tasks, but I can't claim the NFT. What happened?

Do you see this?

Don't worry. If you added your Galxe address as the main or an additional wallet address in our reward program - you need just WAIT FOR 2 DAYS . We update the Galxe database once in two business days. You may claim your NFT freely after our following update. 

2. How do I correctly install Wigwam and register in your reward program to claim the NFT?

We have created a detailed guide here. Just follow it. If you have any other questions - ask us on Discord.

3. I registered in your reward program 4 days ago, but I can't claim an NFT; what happened?

It means that you haven't registered in our reward program correctly or haven't provided the correct address in our reward section. It must be the same address you use on Galxe. If you don't want to export your main wallet into Wigwam, you may add this address as an alternative [2].

4. I forgot to add a GALXE code when I registered in the Wigwam reward program. Will you count my address?

Yes, we understand that sometimes things slip our minds. So, if you forgot to add a GALXE code when you registered in the Wigwam reward program, don't worry. We will count your address, and you may claim the NFT without any problems.

5. Where to see my claimed NFT?

It should be visible in your wallet when you check your polygon address

6. I see that I've registered in the reward program on Galxe this task is marked as completed but I can't verify my twitter or Discord. What to do?


This means that you have signed up for Galxe via a new wallet that is not connected to your socials. We advise you to log in via your regular wallet. If this address is different from what you use in Wigwam - you need to add this address as an Alternative in the Wigwam reward section. So your alternative wallet address must be the same as the one you use on Galxe. In this case everything should work.


7. I've registered in your reward section, but I want to change my wallet address. How do I do it?


Unfortunately, you can't change details after submitting the form. You may only create a new wallet and register all required information again.
