TroubleShooting and the most popular issues with the Web3 connection:
1. Wallet opens but there is no Connection Popup inside the wallet

it seems to be a random issue that may be related to a high volume of requests.
Please try the following steps a few times:

1) Return to the Web3 website and reload it.
2) Close and open the Wigwam app
3) Try to reconnect Wigwam to the app
4) Confirm the first pop-up inside the wallet.
5) Confirm the second pop-up inside the wallet.
6) Return to the website and check if the wallet is connected.

Since this appears to be a random issue, it may take a few attempts to successfully connect to the website.

2. URI:Undefined Issue

If you see something like this - it is also some issue with the network connection:

FIRSTLY CHECK: That you are using Google Chrome and not a telegram browser!

After reload Web3 website  quite and enter to the Wigwam app and try again or try you attempt latter.  Double check that you conducted everything that we have described in the first point of the troubleshooting section. In many cases, simply trying again a bit later resolves the issue.

3. I see that my wallet has  Web3 connection but I don't see a wallet address on the Web3 website

It looks like you initiated a connection but didn't confirm the second approval message inside your wallet. You must remove the connection inside Wigwam and try connecting to Web3 website again. Check the sections 1 and 2 in this tutorial to do everything correctly.

4. I see my wallet address inside the Web3 app but I don't see the Web3 connection inside the Wigwam app

Everything is ok, if you see your wallet address inside the Web3 website  - it is enough.

Why is this happening?

A Web3 Connect session is a temporary connection established when a wallet is linked to a decentralized application (dApp). This session typically lasts no more than a few hours and is used to facilitate requests for digital signatures or transactions. It does not affect blockchain state or wallet balances in any way. Rather, it serves as a technical module that enables networking between applications.
